This enchanting pioneer village is open to visitors during the summer months, Wednesday through Sunday. The Pioneer Village Museum is located six miles west of Minot, just off Highway 2/52 in Burlington, North Dakota.  There are thirteen historical buildings, with contents that represent the rich history of northwest North Dakota since before its statehood.

A visit to this remarkable village is an absolute must for history enthusiasts, families seeking educational adventures, and anyone with a sense of wonder.

Feel the connection to the past as you check out the Barber Shop, School House, and much more! The village also frequently hosts events and festivals, inviting visitors to partake in cultural celebrations that transport you straight into the heart of the pioneer era. One of their most anticipated events, which happens in mid-June, is Old Settlers Days. This event is full of fun for all ages including live music, great food, and much more.
